Starters

garnished with a savory black seed pizzelle

with garlic butter, Maytag blue cheese and roasted walnuts

with smoky tomatoes and shredded lettuce on a homemade wedge roll

crisp greens to wrap your own cashew chicken stir-fry

blue crab meat and diced chilies with Cajun mayo

EntrÉes

crispy, delicate sautéed chicken breast, classic lemon butter sauce

springtime local vegetables and parmigiano reggiano (homemade pancetta optional)

special Korean marinade with corn and carrot pancakes, Vidallia onion pan jus

hand-cut USDA choice strip loin, with a rich meat glaze, and hand-cut fries

with a lemon feta crust, spicy ajvar relish and freekeh pilaf

only dry-packed scallops, panko crusted and served with an Asian slaw
