Early Summer 2006

Starters

a blissful balance of tomato and asparagus

served in a cast iron pot with roasted garlic and bleu cheese

warm braised duck with white beans and mustard vinaigrette

bruschetta with an Asian twist

caramelized seared scallop atop mango and lime julienne

blue crab meat and diced jalapeños with Cajun mayo

EntrÉes

one fresh, one house-cured with asparagus, pommes anna and a poached egg

homemade pasta with spinach, roasted tomatoes, olives and pancetta

a celebrated mix of fresh fish and shellfish with a Mediterranean flair

house-aged and hand cut, grilled to order with homemade 5 onion jam

prime hand cut chops grilled and dressed with parsley, garlic and coriander

seared and plank roasted filet with chef’s very special hot sauce

our crowd favorite: dry packed, panko crusted with a zesty tartar sauce
