Starters

the soul of the kitchen, prepared with love

with roasted garlic, demi-glace and gorgonzola polenta

sauteed with sweet onions, homemade pancetta and a foie gras fritter

classic potato pancakes with three different seasonal garnish

blue crab meat and diced chilies with Cajun mayo

EntrÉes

crispy, delicate sautéed chicken breast, classic lemon butter sauce

sautéed spring greens, charred tomatoes, fresh chevre and parmaigiano reggiano

served with special Michigan cherry barbecue sauce, pomme puree (all natural, free-range)

the bistro classic with a rich meat glaze, wild mushroom butter and hand-cut fries

with wing sauce and blue cheese mashed

prime dry-packed scallops, panko crusted and served with a spicy tartar sauce
